Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

WinGamingGear is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, enter contests, or receive prizes. Where prohibited by law, participation is void. Certain U.S. states restrict pay-to-enter skill contests; paid entry may be unavailable in your state, while free contests remain open.

2. Skill-based contests, not games of chance

Winners are determined solely by skill — the merit of the submitted work, scored by named judges against a published rubric. Community voting is a discovery layer that determines which entries advance to judging; it never determines final winners. No aspect of the platform awards prizes by chance. Ties are resolved by a judge re-score, never randomly.

3. Your content & license

You retain full copyright in your entries. You grant Global Gaming Guild LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your entry on the platform and to promote the specific contest and our winner galleries (including social media). This license is revocable on entry deletion, except for already- published winner announcements. Sponsor licenses, where applicable, are a separate, clearly-labeled, opt-in grant made at entry time.

4. Content standards

You warrant that each entry is your own work, complies with the game publisher's content/UGC policy, contains no third-party music without rights, and is not NSFW, hateful, harassing, or stolen. Undisclosed AI-generated work is a disqualification offense. See our general contest rules.

5. Paid mechanics

Memberships and tokens (Keys, Boosts, Swaps) affect entry access and visibility only. They never affect judging or final ranking. Tokens are non-refundable once spent and are refundable if unspent within 14 days. There is no cash-out and no user-to-user transfer.

6. Prizes

Prizes are awarded as described on each contest page and ship only after identity and rules-compliance verification. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; we collect tax information (e.g., IRS Form W-9) and issue Form 1099 where the annual prize value is $600 or more.

7. Accounts & conduct

You are responsible for activity on your account. Vote manipulation, multi-accounting, and fraud result in vote voiding, disqualification, and termination. Because winners are judge-selected, vote fraud can at most push an entry into the judged round — it cannot buy a win.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Gaming Guild LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits liability. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
