Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email, username, display name, avatar, and (for eligibility) birthdate, country, and U.S. state.
• Content: entries you upload and their metadata (title, game tag, description).
• Activity: votes, impressions, wallet ledger, and — for integrity — hashed IP and device fingerprints.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference, never your full card details.

EXIF is stripped on upload

We automatically remove EXIF metadata (including GPS/location) from every uploaded image on ingest, before it is stored or displayed. This is a privacy default you cannot accidentally disable.

How we use data

To run contests, prevent fraud, process payments, ship prizes, and send transactional and (optional) marketing email. We do not sell your personal data. Integrity signals (vote weighting, velocity checks) exist to keep competition fair.

Sharing

With service providers (hosting, storage, payments, email) under contract, and with sponsors only where you explicitly opt in at entry time. Public content (your live entries, username, wins) is visible by design.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, adjust notification preferences, and request account deletion. Deleting an entry revokes its display license, except for already-published winner announcements.
